Complete Beginners Watercolour Course - 4 weeks

This is 4 week consecutive course which is to start on Fridays throughout January 2025 - 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st time 1.30pm -3.30pm. A course designed for learners with no previous knowledge of watercolour, the materials nor techniques-all of which will be discussed and demonstrated over the 4 weeks. You do not have to bring any materials to the first session as these will be supplied  for use in the introduction. You will then gain enough knowledge on what would be required for the remaining sessions going forwards. Lots of materials will be available in the gallery for sale  or you can purchase elsewhere. Alternatively, for a small fee, you can continue to use materials in the gallery for the duration of the course. On this course you will learn lots of techniques including; wet on wet, wet on dry, dry brush, wax resist, salt, spatter and much more as well as glazing, colour mixing and the completion of some simple projects. You will gain confidence in this very satisfying medium thus enabling you to continue your painting journey.
